Molly joined Allies for Every Child in 2024. As Chief Development Officer, she leads the organization’s philanthropic strategy, fostering a culture of philanthropy that supports Allies’ mission to ensure children and youth impacted by trauma have the childhoods and futures they rightfully deserve.
Prior to joining Allies, Molly served as Senior Philanthropy Officer at The Midnight Mission. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, she spent more than 25 years in advertising and media sales, developing strategic advertising and marketing partnerships that connected businesses with their customers and communities.
While working in the media industry, Molly founded Molly’s Mutts & Meows, a nonprofit animal rescue organization that operated from 2005 to 2016 before merging with The Rescue Train. Through the organization, thousands of dogs and cats found loving homes, reflecting her lifelong commitment to improving lives through service and strengthening communities.
Molly earned degrees in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Kansas and completed an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management at the Harvard Kennedy School. She believes philanthropy is rooted in meaningful relationships that connect generous people with opportunities to transform lives.
