Saif brings nearly two decades of financial management experience in the private and nonprofit sectors, specializing in developing policies and procedures to enhance performance and productivity.
Before joining Allies, Saif served as the Chief Financial Officer for Infinity Care, a leader in senior care in Los Angeles for over a decade. Saif’s tenure spurred financial growth and organizational stability. Additionally, Saif served for over 4 years as a Controller for the nonprofit organization Los Angeles Jewish Health where he led their fiscal in-residence services department. Saif provided key financial leadership during the COVID pandemic, resulting in LAJH’s continued ability to provide top tier services to the community. Through his innovations and diligence, the organization was able to secure over $15M in emergency funding. Saif completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at UCLA with a focus on finance and healthcare.
